KYZON Pty Ltd (ABN 13 659 990 762) operates kyzon.com. These terms govern your use of this website. If you have a separate written agreement with us for our products, that agreement governs your use of those products and prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

kyzon.com is provided for information about our company and our products. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, or introduce malicious code.

KYZON Gateway and KYZON Router are provided under separate agreements. This website does not itself grant access to those products.

• Demos and enquiries: requesting a demo or contacting us does not create a contract for services.
• Early access: access to KYZON Router during early access is at our discretion and subject to the terms provided with that access.
• Customer agreements: paid or production use of our products is governed by a service agreement and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and we may change or withdraw products and information at any time.

The content on kyzon.com, including text, design, graphics, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to KYZON Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
